Uncle Josh came to visit with his long time friend Joe and our cousin Danny. The boys are on a massive road trip. They started in KC and went from KC to TX, TX to NM, NM to NV, NV to CA, CA to WA, WA to KC but along the way Danny flew to HI, Joe flew back to KC, Sally flew from KC to CA and is riding along from CA to WA, flying back to KC from WA and Danny is flying from HI to WA to meet Josh and together they will drive from WA to KC .. whew, what a trip.
The boys arrived on base around 11pm on April 6th.
First thing Oliver did the next day, put on Uncle J's shoes and then ask where "Rhino" was
.. Josh's friend Ryan that he brought with him last time. :)
Nidas was so excited that Uncle Josh was able to fix his broken bike!
Everyone had to help pump up the tires
I cooked up a feast of fried chicken, potatoes, butt rolls, corn and a concoction of kool-aid.
After riding bikes with the boys before dinner, the kids were ready to eat.

Everyone said their goodbyes, the kids were tucked in then Josh, Danny, Joe and I went on a bike ride all over the base .. I was really hoping some fighters would be taking off and landing (because it's super awesome to see down by the flight line at night) but there weren't any, I still enjoyed the ride though.
11pm the night of the 7th and the boys were on the road, headed to their next destination.
